What You're Agreeing To, Without the Legal Fog
You send us a brief. We quote a price in SGD. If you accept and pay, a subject specialist writes an original piece of work to that brief and delivers it by the agreed deadline, with a Turnitin report and an AI detection scan attached.
If the draft misses the brief, you tell us and we revise it free of charge, as many times as needed within the revision window. If we miss the deadline or fail to deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to a refund under the terms set out below.
These terms apply from the moment you request a quote, not only after payment. By sending us a brief you confirm you are 18 or older and that you have read the academic integrity clause below.
Everything we deliver is supplied as an original reference model — a worked example to study, learn from and cite. How the material is used afterwards is your decision and your responsibility under your institution's own rules.
The Service, and What Forms the Agreement
What we do, when you are bound, and how money and deadlines work.
1. What We Provide
Custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and formatting support, produced by human subject specialists. We do not sit examinations, access any student portal, or log in to Canvas or any learning system on your behalf under any circumstances.
2. When the Agreement Forms
A quote is an invitation, not a binding order. The agreement begins when you confirm the quote and payment clears. At that point the brief, the deadline and the price are fixed, and can only be changed by mutual written agreement.
3. Deadlines and Delivery
Deadlines are counted from the moment payment clears, not from when you first wrote to us. Delivery is by email to the address on your order. Please set the deadline at least a few hours ahead of your actual submission time.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices are quoted and charged in Singapore Dollars. Payment is required in full before work begins, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. There are no hidden charges added later.

Your Responsibility, Clearly Stated
Every institution sets its own rules on outside assistance, and those rules differ. We supply reference material; you remain responsible for checking your university's academic integrity policy and deciding how to use what we deliver.

Revisions, Cancellations and Refunds
What you can ask for, and when money comes back to you.
Free Revisions
Unlimited revisions are free for 14 days after delivery, provided the request stays within the original brief. Work outside the brief — a changed question, a higher word count, a new topic — is quoted separately before we start.
Cancelling an Order
Cancel before a writer is assigned and you receive a full refund. Cancel after work has begun and we refund the unworked portion, assessed honestly against the progress made. Once final delivery is accepted, the order is closed.
When We Refund in Full
If we miss the agreed deadline, deliver work that does not match the brief and cannot be corrected in time, or return a Turnitin similarity result caused by our own writing, you receive a full refund. No arguing, no partial offers.
What We Cannot Refund
A grade is awarded by your marker, not by us, so we cannot guarantee a specific mark or refund on the basis of one. Delays caused by an incomplete brief, or by a deadline set after your real submission time, also fall outside our refund cover.
Ownership, Liability and Governing Law
8. Ownership of Delivered Work
Full ownership passes to you once payment clears and the order is delivered. We keep no rights over it, never resell it, and never publish it as a sample. It is written for one client only — you.
9. Confidentiality
We do not disclose that you are a client to anyone, at any time, for any reason — including to your institution. How we handle your data in detail is set out in our Privacy Policy, linked below.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost grades, deferred graduation, or consequential costs. Nothing here limits rights you hold under Singapore law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather resolve a problem by email first — most are settled within a day.
Definitions Used Throughout These Terms
So that no clause above can be read two different ways.
"The Brief"
Everything you send us before payment clears: the question, word count, referencing style, deadline, rubric and any supporting files. Anything added after that point is a new instruction, not part of the original brief.
"A Revision"
A correction that brings the delivered work back in line with the original brief — fixing structure, argument, referencing, formatting or an instruction we missed. Free and unlimited within the revision window.
"New Work"
A changed research question, a higher word count, an added chapter, a different referencing system, or a topic your tutor has since redirected. Always quoted separately and never started until you approve the price.
"Delivery"
The moment the completed file leaves our system to the email address on your order, with the Turnitin report and AI scan attached. Delivery is complete on sending, regardless of when the email is opened.
How an Order Runs, and What Each Side Owes
Three stages, and the obligations that attach to each one.
Brief and Quote
You send the question, word count, referencing style and deadline. We reply with a fixed price in SGD and an honest view of what is achievable in the time available. If the deadline is unrealistic we say so rather than take the order.
Payment and Writing
Payment clears, a subject specialist is assigned, and the brief is locked. You remain reachable for clarifying questions; we keep you updated on progress. Changes to the brief at this stage may affect both the deadline and the price.
Delivery and Revisions
The file arrives by email with its Turnitin report and AI scan. Please read it promptly — the earlier a revision is requested, the more comfortably it can be turned around before your real submission date.
What We Ask of You
Almost every order that goes wrong goes wrong for one of these reasons. None of them is difficult to avoid, and each one protects your own deadline.

- ✓Set the deadline earlier than your real submission time, never the same hour
- ✓Stay reachable while work is in progress, in case the writer needs a clarification
- ✓Raise revision requests within 14 days, with specific points rather than general concerns
- ✓Remove your name and student ID from files before uploading them

Questions Students Ask Before Ordering
Can you guarantee me a specific grade?
Marks are awarded by your tutor against their own judgement. What we guarantee is original work that answers the brief, meets the rubric, and arrives on time — with reports attached to prove it.
My tutor changed the question after I paid.
If little work has been done, we usually absorb the change at no cost. If the piece is well advanced, a rewrite counts as new work and is quoted first. Either way, the earlier you tell us, the cheaper it is.
What if I simply do not like the draft?
"This is not right" is hard to act on; "the argument in section 3 does not address the rubric point on stakeholder theory" is fixed the same day. Point us at the gaps and revisions stay free and unlimited.
